MHAC’s 50% DD review will verify that the facility design is in full compliance with the ADA 2010 ADA Standards and ANSI A117.1 – 2017. With a 90% CD review, it can be determined if 50% DD accessibility findings were corrected. Also, hardware specifications and any other information contained in the specifications documentation can be reviewed for compliance with ADA/ANSI standards.
Disability Laws Training
We believe that interactive training is the most effective method to not only teach new concepts but also engage students so that learning is effective and even enjoyable. With MHAC, training sessions are changed into discussions where students and teachers become partners in the journey of knowledge acquisition. Without practical application, students often fail to comprehend the depths of the study material. We add interactive and group activities to the training experience.
